Sure, they are little to no Mongoloid. I thought you meant “Asian” in the broadest sense.

West Asian, South Asian, North Asian and East Asian are just names based on a certain geographical worldview, which sees everything from the Red Sea to the Pacific as one continent, Asia. I do not share this view (Middle East is actually a different continent based on the geology) and Asia is a strange, in reality ancient, concept.

But the whole point is that it is not a racial classification.
Racially speaking Indians (from India) are mixed people of Caucasoid and South Indian races.
