I think that will change in the future with the demographic explosion in Africa.
"Angola is ranked 12th among 58 countries in Africa. Angola's population increased yearly. The Angola population is projected to reach 44.84 million in 2030 and increase further to 77.42 million in 2050 and 188.28 million by 2100."

If the estimates are correct, by the end of the century the two most populous cities on earth will be in Africa, Lagos in Nigeria and Kinshasa in Congo, each with a metropolitan area of almost 100 million inhabitants. Nigeria will become the third most populous country in the world with around 550 million inhabitants and Congo the fifth, with around 430 million.
