Lips and eyes, but this is just my impression without any "proof". Interesting conclusion.Ironically,Stefano looks like neither of his parents,his father was Norid and his mother is Alpine,but he seems has more "southern" look than them.

I've seen Stefano's photo as a toddler on Youtube,in that photo he looked like a darker haired mini-version of his dad,but now he doesn't look like him.
