Thanks. I was thinking the same as Anglo-Celtic but now I do think hers are natural as she still have her cupid's bow and the bottom lip is larger. She's most probably one of those Irish like Jonathan Rhys Meyers and Seana Kerslake who has naturally full lips.

Compare and contrast the photos in the fourth post. They look different, but it could be one of those optical illusions like the blue dress/gold dress one several years back.
