I notice that many Scandinavians (Swedes, Norwegians, etc.) have Asian traits (1 to 2% at most). How can this be explained genetically and historically?

High ANE (Ancient North Eurasia) or sometimes Saami admixture. Also generally lower levels of Neolithic Farmer admixture.

They are robust Cro Magnons with predominantly Caucasoid features, they are more evolved as a result of adapting to northern climates so they have lighter hair and eyes, there is a very small amount of Mongol blood everywhere in Scandinavia because of the presence of Ladogan strains.

ANE people were wogs though, any features like mongol looking eyes were likely developments, Tajik people are more ANE than Europeans

Oliver... This topics have been discussed for years and plenty of sources have been posted already. Your beliefs have no valid fundamentals they were "heavily" white people and as they move further east the components were diluting as they were mixing with mongoloids until they cross Siberia and made It to the American continent.
If your theory was correct than Japanese Koreans would be the ones with the highest ANE components, not Europeans or middle easterns or other Caucasians.
