Sounds like an Italian variant, I am assuming from Corsica. There's one famous bilingual song (Askatasunera) that is sung in Basque and Corsican that sounds quite similar in tonality.

Sounds like a Southern Italian dialect, some words that end with -o normally in standard Italian end with -u in this song so it gives me Siciliano/Napoletano vibes
