I dont think thats realistic. Even if i look at Arabid- Armenoid Up like types with wide skeletal structure, vs their "Med/Dinaric" version- there is no doubt that the wide faced types women usually are uglier to me than the narrow ones , the stockier as well. But maybe you like that- and yes actually those type have borderline Neanderthal tendencies or similarities.

I personally prefer squarer, wide/brachycephalic faces, lower brow ridges, vertically short orbitals, etc. Though I understand that isn't the majority opinion.
