I think "Por Este Rio Acima" its the best portuguese album that i ever hearded i feel like im almost in the middle of Atlantic, inside one Caravela.

I searched the thread, but nobody said anything about Velha Gaiteira. They are from Paul village (Beira-Baixa province, Center Portugal) and are a mix of tradicional percussion from their own region with the Transmontana bagpipe (from Trás-os-Montes, Northern Portugal).
