Neither of them look remotely white, it's quite hard to say. The Indian lady looks Austronesian, maybe her, due to her nose bridge and eyes, but it's slight.

they both pass in Romania just as they are.
if you bring them to local skin tone, they both pass as well, the Indian better, not only in Romania, but in Europe in general.
the Filipina would still pass in Eastern Europe.
