Thin girls and women IMHO do not find fat boys and men attractive, and resent them. I'm speaking as someone who grew up an obese boy. Men who are not fat go with fat women because they have no other choice. It is common in comedy shows like The Simpsons, Family Guy and Young Sheldon to see couples with a fat man and a woman who's thin and hot, but that's supposed to be absurd because it is comedy. I think there are a lot more fat women in relationships than fat men IRL.

I think there is a minority of both sexes who are attracted to overweight people. I think that for most women who say they like Dad bods, they're just scared of being with a man who is actually good looking, because some part of them is maybe scared he will cheat on them or leave them. The fat guy seems easier to keep. But I sincerely doubt they look at healthy weight men and don't secretly desire them more.

I also think that men are somewhat more likely to have sex with anything that moves. I don't think this means that those fat women are in relationships with men who would prefer them to be fat forever. I think it just means that those men have monkey brains.

I'm no woman but I'd have thoughts on what body would be more likely to belong to a ceasar, president, oligarch, chieftain and what to his subordinate.

Regardless of this #1 should think of a diet and #2 of working less physically. Both bodies are obviously not one-to-one reflecting the genetics. One is modified by inactivity and the other by activity.
