Due to the recent incoming stream of Ukrainian citizens, The Ministry of Internal Affairs named the conditions for Ukrainians coming from EU for permanent stay in Russia and work without permits, they have to receive a "green card", for which they need to undergo full digital check, fingerprinting and medical examination, the Interior Ministry reported.

The German investigative team "Frontal" reports of hundreds of Indian nationals which under pretense of lucrative jobs got lured to Russia. Once they were there, they got accused of violating immigration laws, were threatened with 10 years in prison or join the Russian army.

In videos some of those Indians call for help from their homeland. One of them called from the Russian-occupied parts of Zaporizhzhia. They are getting maltreated and used as cannon fodder.
