People who are MILITANT anti fat- they hate fat people- that's fine. But they feel it's their duty to patrol everyone and put their nose in everyone's business and also judge , to the extent of a nanny state. Where if they see a fat person, they have to tell them how they are disgusted with them. This is the nature of the Leftist SJW. We all know that obesity is unhealthy- and that's true. Fat "acceptance" is woke nonsense. But on the flip side- so is the militant reaction to it. It seems like it goes both ways. Isn't that true?

It's acceptable to hate fat people- but some people do have a harder time losing weight. The issue is- if someone is obese, you don't know if they are actually in the process of trying to fix that issue.

It seems to be very similar mentality. We can combat obesity without being SJW about it. They feel it's their life's mission to body shame people. Woke leftists like to shame people for being "racist"

I do think people who just have to point out someone else's weight and give unsolicited suggestions are assholes. But I think they're just that - assholes. Not politically or ideologically motivated. It's the same as any other kind of preachy, pushy "advice" giving, which is unfortunately practiced by all demographics of humans.

When my mom's brother acquired Adult onset type 2 diabetes, I cut out virtually all added sugar. He was of a normal weight and so there had to be a genetic component
Going cold turkey on a sweet tooth, kills the cravings in just a few weeks. A cookie today leaves me sluggish and feeling tired. So I haven't cheated with one in several years.

I started doing this about a month ago, really opened my eyes to how much sugar is packed into everything. I ate decent before and I've always been skinny, but it's still crazy to me how much stuff contains so much sugar and carbs.
