WANTED for RAPE: On 5/01 at 5 AM in the vicinity of East 152 Street and 3 Avenue in the Bronx, a 45-year-old female was walking when an unknown individual approached her from behind, wrapped an object around her neck, and pulled her to the ground causing her to lose consciousness. The male then dragged the victim between two cars and sexually assaulted her before fleeing on foot.

The New York Police Department released new images of the monster who dragged a woman in between two cars in the Bronx and raped her.

A shocking video posted to X showed a man wrapping a belt around a woman’s neck, dragging her body onto a street in New York City, and raping her.

According to NYPD, the 45-year-old woman was attacked and sexually assaulted near 152nd Street and 3rd Avenue in the Bronx on May 1 around 3 am.

The attacker covered his face with a white towel as he assaulted the woman.

The video posted to X does not show the entire assault.

I had thought it was a street security camera and the people talking over it were police viewing it for the first time. I wish you were there to shoot the rapist. It's a scary video. This could happen to any woman.

That could be true. I just caught some of the clip, so I assumed it was the zillionth freak who was too much of a coward and/or creep to aid someone in distress.

Although security footage of the incident has gone viral on social media, officers told amNy they were not immediately notified of the situation because the victim did not report it.

It wasn’t until the victim was arrested for petty theft that officers discovered the incident. She cooperated and identified Parks as the man who attacked her.

“Our victim indicated she had seen him before; she actually described his teeth to us; he had unusual teeth,” said Chief of Patrol Joseph Kenny amNY. “She said he has space between his teeth.”

Surveillance video reviewed by DailyMail.com showed the woman police suspect was walking in front of Parks, who had a white cloth tied around the lower half of his face.

He tied a belt around her neck and dragged her to the ground, and as the woman struggled, she quickly went limp.

Parks allegedly dragged her along the sidewalk and between two parked cars. He reportedly looked around before leaning over the woman’s body, which is hidden from view.

Police believe the attack occurred following an earlier conversation between the two people that evening, during which sex took place in exchange for money.

They say the conversation was about offering the victim money for sex.

However, when this agreement failed to materialize, police say Parks became extremely angry and allegedly strangled the victim with a belt before raping her.

Just last month, a man lurked in a Manhattan apartment building before assaulting a 23-year-old woman as she returned home.

That man, who has yet to be identified, placed the victim in a chokehold before forcing her into the hallway. He allegedly threatened to shoot her if she screamed.

Also last month, a Bronx man entered a woman’s home and punched her in the face several times before sexually assaulting her.

He was identified as 31-year-old Malik Crocker. Jail records show he has not been arrested.

NYPD data shows that as of May 5, 511 rapes were reported citywide. The vast majority took place in the Bronx.

However, the number of rapes in the municipality has fallen this year, with 141 reports through May 5, compared to 148 in the same period in 2023.

Black crime is through the roof, its time they face this problem head on and start to deal with it.

To pretend these issues do not exist and brainwash our children to marry in with these violent people is an insane policy!

Why do they have a predisposition to commit crimes, perhaps a medicine can be made to turn off that violent part of their brain and they could act more like a White person would.

But instead, they deny the problem even exists, so it's doubtful any kind of solution will ever be found.
