I agree, she is very pretty, I would say 7.5-8.5 depending on her height
She looks like an attractive Middle Eastern woman to me, I guess Oriental Mediterranean? But she has some angular features.
I have seen some similar types in Middle Eastern countries. I don't know what Greeks, Turks or Persians look like.

People probably mistake her for a Mexican a lot, I guess. Especially in Texas.
