In my opinion, Hungarians are the most and Poles are the least.

Most ... IMHO Swiss but Hungarians are close, least - Poles. But there's more of that than most think in Poland.

You still have to remember that Central Europe cannot be that Mediterranean in race as well. As it is most of all the region that doesn’t show extremes in Europe, neither too light nor too dark. It is actually the «*perfect*» zone of Europe in terms of pigmentation. Although in the Baltic coastal region of Poland and in Germany North, there might exhibit some strong Northern European ( high increase in blondness) characteristics. Central Europe remains pretty neutral in pigment. The Alpine race here enjoys itself here a lot, either in its purest form (West Alpinid) or mixed forms like Alpinid - Nordid (Subnordid) or Alpinid - East Europid (Gorid) or Alpo-Dinarid.
