due to the robust facial features I think he could even pass in the UK and Ireland. then of course neutral-looking enough to pass in many places in Europe. lower face is quite Cro-Mag leaning (Western Europe). Atlantid for the most, maybe slightly Dinaricized Atlanto-Med

I've seen guys like him not infrequently here, imo he looks more French I would say.

if he would have had a less robust lower face I would have said French, but cover his upper face and see how robust is his jaw, chin, mouth, cheeks area. but yeah anyway funnily he looks rather Western than Eastern Euro. such looks are underestimated in Westerners

A lot of people from Pamirs/parts of Afghanistan do look more western, it's the Alpine influence, CM influence that isn't as strong in eastern Europe.
