Nice, the distance results are way more logical than what I usually get with "historical" population calculators. @Demirkazık: if it's possible I'd like to know more about the two ibero-italian populations. As I score high with these two, I'd be glad to know more about them (source publication for example).

I've labeled them as Iberian as they had an Iberian profile. It's also possible for them not to be Iberian, I'm not fully sure about it. Also isn't it normal for you to score them as you are partly from Southwestern France?

I remember about some samples in rome that had a vasconian background but i don't know if they were avalaible in G25.

Thanks! Rome was a cosmopolitan city, indeed it's totally possible they were Iberian. If I remember well, the Emperor Marcus Aurelius was of Iberian descent.

Yes, it's normal for me to score them. In modern populations, I also tend to score spanish populations (mainly Catalonia).
