Aren't you 1/8 Lithuanian going by your family surnames? They are much more Eastern shifted than Poles and would be enough to shift you towards Balkans.

1/16 Polish although someone here some time ago found that the surname was of Estonian or lithuanian origin, i don't remember wich one of both places was right now, would make a bit more sense if it was my mom or my maternal grandma to be the ones shifted to Balkans i think, and me more towards iberia and France because of my dad being just mostly Spanish and a bit northern italian overall.

Maybe is just an issue or a weird glitch of K36?

Oracle is always more accurate than PCA plot. When you project 36 coordinates onto a 2d coordinate system there is an inevitable loss of data. But PCA plot allows you to see the whole picture at once, which is good sometimes, even if less accurate.
