Iberians are one of the most attractive ethnicities in Europe, but looking at pictures of older Spanish people, I have to say they age very badly (sorry).

This has more to do with the standard of living/social class than with nationalities. But the Spaniards and the even the French seem to age pretty well, their elders are very active and with relatively low obesity rate. The brits seem to age pretty badly in comparison.

Romanian men over 70 are so few and rare that I cannot even observe them to comment if they age well or not.

I don't believe that on average, Czech and Slovak people age well. I think it's related to the poor diets, alcohol consumption, and smoking (at least among Czechs). That, plus the mentality that relaxing is wrong, you must always go beyond healthy limits, and mental health isn't a real thing. I feel like almost all of the middle aged people I know from my culture are constantly stressed and make very poor lifestyle choices, most of them look older than they are (especially compared to Americans the same age).

Of course, most of us are also from rural areas and grew up working class, which is probably responsible for much of the habits. I doubt this is the case for wealthier city people.

Nah, White Americans don't age well either. Too many of them get fat after high school or college and don't take care of themselves.
