K36 is not good for me...i have an abnormal shift from Iberian to Basque (2,4 - 7,56) which ruins it...

It can't be balanced with any population group. Not even Basque's thermself have higher Basque Region than Iberian

Here is a tip: don't pay attention to the labels of the components. They are arbitrary labels based on a broad association with their geographic distribution. The components could very well have no labels at all and you would get 36 anonymous numbers like you have 25 anonymous numbers in G25.

But yes, I am absolutely aware of most that you explained. I was also fully aware that some regions were very specific, some poorly delineated, some misleadingly labeled, etc. I just didn't knew the intention behind it.
I already had the awareness that these regions didn't mean everything, and also could be misleading at some point...but of course they mean something. The thing is, I viualized this results in Excel and compared them back and forth. I did a manual OLS calculation with the individual deficits and surpluses.

I just say that this exotic shift is mathematically responsable for ruining my results from ~5-6 distances to relevant groups up to 11,5 -12,5. I mean...like i said the ratio is 2,4 to 7,56. Thats like factor x3. This is very exotic. Even very rare to find in single individuals samples from ancient times. If i remember correctly i found a few Vikings and Hallstat samples with a lot of this "Basque" region values.
