That's exactly right. That's why Christian Zionism isn't acceptable.
The father of Zionism - Theodor Herzl (an atheist and amusingly wanted Jews to be less culturally Jewish and more like the Germans whom he admired) - approached Pope Pius X with the hope he'd support Zionism. The Pope rejected Zionism with the same argument you gave.

They are part of same umbrella, but they are different. You had wars between protestants and christians or orthodox and christians historic wise. Catholic church is on huge donwfall also with alot of bad image coming from Vatican and it's agenda. On other hand orthodox church has still pretty strong hold on people that practice it.
For example in Croatia you have Christians and Serbs are orthodox in years back thats how you could differentiate them, Mortimer even though a gypsy from Serbia converted to Catholic church is questionable thing from that standpoint.

I get that. I just don't know why you label some churches as Christian while you use denominational names for other ones as if some aren't really Christian churches. You bring up the Orthodox branch and the Protestant branch, but you make it sound like the Catholic branch is the real church since you don't use the name "Catholic". Of course, I could be reading too much into it, so there's that.
