You need excuses for declared enemy and robber of your land?! Romania was in alliance with Germany and Antonescu our leader decided we had to go all the way with them. He thought it is a crusade against Bolshevism, as did many others who fought on the Eastern Front. And why would it be such a good thing to have Russians in Constantinople that was at least half Muslim and had significant Jewish minority. Christians were minority, Greeks or Orthodox Christians even less there and Russians could have imposed a special tax for passing through the Straits and close them whenever they wanted. It would have been the death economically for countries like Romania and Bulgaria.

I personally like the Serbian people and I support peaceful reunification of Serbia with Montenegro, Republica Srpska and Kosovo, if possible.

Excuse me, Russia took Basarabia in the first half of 19th century from Ottoman empire not from Romania.
Romania was only Hitler's ally which lost territories because of that alliance. Hitler gave Transylvania and Crisana to Hungary and Dobruja to Bulgaria. Other Hitler's allies such as Croatians, Albanians, Bulgarians, Hungarians etc. had territorial expansion.
Romanian army in Leningrad was 'thanks Hitler because you gave part of Romania to Hungary and Bulgaria'?

It almost happened during Kingdom of Yugoslavia back in the late 1930s. This is the map of proposed Serbian and Slovene banovinas next to existing since 1939 Croat banovina.
North Macedonia didn't belong to Serbs rightfully though. Bosniak nationality is based entirely on Muslim religion.

Only Southern Bessarabia was taken from Ottoman Empire as they stole it from Moldavia in a previous century. Rest of Bessarabia was taken from Moldavia.
Croats also gave up part of Dalmatia to Italians. We were forced to give up part of Transylvania to Hungary and southern part of Dobruja to Bulgaria before we were allies with Germany. Antonescu thought he could get all of it back, if Romanians fight deep in Soviet territory, helping Germans. Romanian troops were at Stalingrad, not Leningrad.
