I am sure though if you saw at least Mladic and Karadzic in an English town they wouldn't strike you as foreign, i suppose there are nuances in their looks that may recall people from your region but at least here in London they look more British than most E Euros.

The question is whether they look British and so we're asking for a specific response: yes, they do or no, they don't. A supposed pan-European is not an answer. There is no 'implied here.' It's either yes or no.
