I've no idea if he's full Mansi or not, maybe he's an oddball like some of the Afghans that were posted here.

Mansi peoples are not hungarian and they have never been hungarian. They have common ancestors, but these two folk are not same.

Proto Ugrics were Mansy and Khanty like people. They come from southwest Siberia, probably Sargat culture.

Yes, and? Mansy, khanty, hungarian are different ethnicities, originated from proto-ugrics. If mansy are hungarian then by this logic belorussians are serbs, because ancestors of serbs were belorussian like people. Makes no sense to call mansi as hungarians, because they are different ugric ethnicity.

Hungarians as ethnic probably formed at Etelköz so yes, when they were in Siberia they were not Hungarian yet, just Ugric.

This is not true, the hungarian language is 3000 years old.

"The traditional view holds that the Hungarian language diverged from its Ugric relatives in the first half of the 1st millennium BC, in western Siberia east of the southern Urals.[15] "

I didn't speak about language but formation of Hungarian identity. That is what Hungarian scholars consider, not my personal invention. They didn't call themselves Hungarian in Siberia nor Kazakh steppe.
