So in the end, their impact in my opinion is very slim.

So those are frequencies for R1b-S21, I1 and I2b? Interesting, but North Portugal and Galicia likely means Suebians instead. And Andalusia likely means Vandals.

Indeed, but that West European most likely means something more ancient like Hunter-Gatherers or something, otherwise haplogroups would have different frequencies.
too interesting , i also think mostly of Y I came from suebians and visigoths, but R-U106 is too old to associate with any ancient tribes , R-U106 in iberia could be anyone , i said that because still there's a lot of discussion where R-U106 originated , so we can't assume R-U106 is exclusive from germanic tribes , it could be a person who came from comercial route or whatever , but when we find a I so is almost 100 for sure this person came from a germanic tribe , about suebians first settlements from them was northwest iberia , +- 40000 suebians was in these regions , one time population between portugal and galicia was +- 700.000 people , if you consider population distribution probably north portugal and galicia had +- 200 to 300.000 people , suebians reign lasted +- 180 years but same when visigoths took their reign they keeping living in the same regions , moors came into iberia in 711 but northwest iberia had a little impact from them , probably because of the weather and another things , 714 was time moors came into galicia but settled there for a short time , a lot of berbers troopers was complaining about living in these regions , 722 pelagio won a war over the moors in the north and kingdom of asturias was a region where a lot descendants of Visigothics and Suebians and other peoples remained for a long time , that's the reason that some samples from northwest iberia so outlier if we compare with another regions from iberia

I think is somewhere btw 5% - 15% of Broadly Post-Roman NW European input, Modern day Iberians have a bit more steppe than Roman Era one
    Me: 48 - 53% Iberian/MENA, 44 - 47% SSA, 2 - 3% NAM
    Dad: 57 - 61% Iberian/MENA, 34 - 37% SSA, 5 - 6% NAM
    Mom: 41 - 44% Iberian/MENA, 55 - 58% SSA, 0 - 2% NAM.

Some regions from iberia impact was really too low but there s some regions from iberia mainly northwest where impact was really higher it probably happened because of asturia's kingdom where a lot them was while moors conquered regions between south and northeast iberia , here a good video with timelapse , 715 to 716 moors went into northwest iberia but was expeditions really small , 722 moors lost these regions to asturias and 739 galicia joined asturia's kingdom

Dont make much sense, also bcs South Portugal was colonized by the Northern kingdoms during the reconquista, thats why modern day Portugal is genetically homogenous.
