The "weirdest" thing that I eat, rarely, are fresh raw oysters, which are still alive. But you cannot tell that they are alive.
I can't with oysters the idea of eating them alive just disgust me a lot although i have tried them steamed in Galicia with some mussels (i love them) and a salad it was absolutely delicious.

    Spoiler!

( Do not DM me asking for classifications please )

I used to eat shark quite often as a kid so I wouldn't call it "weird" for me but I guess it qualifies. Also kangaroo meat (tasted great).

I’m not sure if it’s considered weird but I ate a lot of bison and elk meat while living in Colorado.

I just thought of something. We likely eat a lot of weird stuff without knowing it (bugs, rat hair, fecal matter, etc.), so enjoy your meal.

The weirdest things I’ve tried are tripe soup which contains animal stomach lining and black pudding which is essentially pigs blood sausage.
