I used to be 80 kg. I was healthy back then but society was not happy with it. Fat people get bullied hard. So i was forced to lose weight.
I don't have full body picture of my fat days. I was too ashamed to take picture. Back then.
This one through. Can show you my big ass cheeks. I was really fat
Now this is new picture after losing weight
I am 57 kg now and my height is 5'6(167.64 cm(
You would think how they did it. Don't worry guys
My secret is stop eating breakfast . Yes I don't eat breakfast at all. I also don't really eat outside at all. But i eat normal indian food. And it is pure vegetarian. Avoid meat
Bad for weight
And eat more in lunch and less in dinner and don't eat anything except lunch and dinner
I don't go to gym or exercise
Anyway guys. My weight loss journey is still going on. My target is 50 kg. I know it is hard but I think maybe I can do it? If I stop eating lunch ? I can maybe go even below 50 kg
My bully still think that I am fat. I don't know how much weight he except.

Eat load of green vegetable. Like spinach. Only eat home cook meal
Well I eat rice and 2 chapati for lunch + lentil and green vegetable and one glass of coffee
For lunch
For dinner usually either 2 chapati or rice. + vegetable with gravy
I don't eat that much in dinner. Eat as much as you want to in lunch but not in dinner

It is very rare for me to eat something unhealthy. And don't go t restaurant for food.

Today I only have eaten rice + lentil and coffee no chapati

Your body starves without lots of needed nutrients in a diet you've listed.

It's not only about weight but also about quality of weight.
1.68 50 kg skinny is worse than 1.68 60 kg with some muscle mass.
You have lost enough weight. Eat protein, start gym and put a few kg of muscle, it is better. Your legs already look skinny, why do you want to make them even skinnier?

Not really. I drink milk everyday. Milk have protein and i eat green vegetable
Only thing missing is meat. Which is bad for weight loss.
And i get protein from lentils and milk.
Believe it or not. I just had a body checkup this week. And i am very healthy according to it so?
