I don't always eat fruits every day. But I sometimes do with lunch. My favorite fruits watermelon, melon, mango, grapes, apple
if you are craving sugar then go for natural sugar like fruits. Taste good and healthy

Fried food very tasty but it is very bad for weight loss so I avoid it
Avoid all All Purpose Flour. Wheat is good through (If you are eating bread) I personally prefer rice over bread. Way more filling.
