After waking up. Hot glass of water with lemon is very good for weight loss. I didn't do it. Because it taste bad
But my mother did it

I don't always eat fruits every day. But I sometimes do with lunch. My favorite fruits watermelon, melon, mango, grapes, apple
�� if you are craving sugar then go for natural sugar like fruits. Taste good and healthy

Fried food very tasty but it is very bad for weight loss so I avoid it
Avoid all All Purpose Flour. Wheat is good through (If you are eating bread) I personally prefer rice over bread. Way more filling.
