This is even an interesting question. From what I can see in the three-dimensional format, it is German shift.

Just WHG+ EEF combo will win everytime (or combined with very high Baltic). The problem is in southernmost Europe, usually it comes with "something else" that make these increased distances vanish but there are probably areas just north of the mediterranean countries who might check all the boxes, without adding too much East Asian, since of course with that you only increase the African distance but reduces the rest.

If you add up all the distances except EEF, IE, WHG, EHG, then the oldest populations are the Balts, Sardinians and Basques. The least incumbent are, of course, the Roma and the Tatars.
