Big difference between Karelia and Motala. The Amerindian distance crashing is expected because Karelia is just a WHG/SHG with more ANE but the East Asian/Papuan/African difference is more perplexing.

What was the percentage of ANE in this migration?

The overall take would be around 50%, though it would vary. Even higher amounts of ANE ancestry is to be expected.

Karelia is indeed more ANE than WHG, it's the opposite of SHG which is more WHG than ANE. Everybody knows that for a decade. Afontova Gora if we want to be specific as the actual carrier, but actually AG is at the same time more distant to us than MA1 and yet more related to us (no contradiction happens). If we follow the Karasuk southern route chasing Bisons, near present day Kazakhstan, we know what happened next.

Nobody said people in Europe got their ANE directly from a family near the lake Baikai 24 000 years ago, it's just to expediate a term for one type of ancestry. It's the same with our "Villabruna", we only got a bit of it from actual mesolithic Europe, just an extra in the middle/late neolithic cultures, but most of that type of ancestry came from the farmers and pastoralists in the end.

Yamnaya before it became mixed with neo culture (HG+ANF) to become Corded Ware, Bell Beaker,... would have not pass this test, not only on the East Asian and Amerindian but neither on the Papuan. Essentially whoever get the most WHG and ANF (without anything else) will always have the largest distances to non whites.
