So let's say I get mine done and I tell them my ethnicity. They will add my results to the different farmers?

Given the nature of their own genetic results, I'd argue that Sephardic Jews overall might have significant Sicilian ancestry, or Greek.

    Yes, probabily could be.

Also the "conversi" (berber or mideast mercenaries who adopted Catholicism) could work well.

We really can't estimate how many of each in my town as documentation is limited. All we really know is that the name of the town & part of its establishment was by arabs during Islamic times & a jewish community is attested in the 15th Century before expulsion.
    http://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Alcara_Li_Fusi

& as Clementina said, Sephardic Jews seem to have Greek-like admixture & I don't think Jews anywhere are good estimators of Jewish ancestry.
Many times individuals/populations with mixed Middle East & European ancestry come up in analyses as part Jewish.

Looking at the Egyptian & Algerian % I am guessing that I could have some Arabic ancestry. Tunisians many times are more "Sardinian" than Algerians in genetic analyses so even this Sardinian % could be coming from a Tunisian-Arab admixed source in my opinion. I can't discount other hypotheses though.
