    Question Where I can know my maternal haplogroup?

    I've got tested with Ancestry DNA & FTDNA and none offer the maternal haplogroup. So I'm curious what free sites I can learn about my haplogroup when I upload my raw data?

    FTDNA (Family Tree DNA) has the maternal haplogroup (mtDNA) test.

    Ok I would try to do that in a bit. Mean while this is what I got .

    mthap version 0.19c (2023-08-15); haplogroup data version PhyloTree Build 17 (2016-02-18) +mods
    raw data source dna-data-2025-04-03.zip (5MB)

    ERROR: This program requires the text version of the raw data. Please unpack the zip file and upload the txt file.
