It peaks in proportion of haplogroup T in a study of Armenians (both prehistoric and modern).

So it's a CHG haplogroup, that is, Caucasian Hunter-Gatherer.
An ancient race that has contributed mostly to Middle Easterners, and also Europeans(mostly northern) through the Indo-European expansion and the Balkans and Italy during the Bronze and Iron Ages and Antiquity/Imperial Rome.
