Normally I would agree with you here. That’s why it also doesn’t make sense for many LATAMs to join that competition. However in his case I would give him a pass. Cause even if we counted his 3% exotics as EEF (as punishment) he would still win the race with 32,2% EEF only

I see.

The question is whether the punishment is to be carried out with an exchange rate of one-to-one just. In other words: The exoticness could well be considered being uber-EEF.

While you and me maybe could agree on such a view, I'm afaid that Gixajo - the celebrator of EEF - could not really, lol.
