Imputation is the process of "expanding" the DNA and predicting your calls in various snps that aren't in your file.
I now offer imputation services.
I provide two types of outputs
1. Combined Kit
Around 50 Mb in size in 23andme format, contains all SNPs analyzed by Ancestry, 23Andme, Myheritage, and some other services
2. Full Raw
Around 2 Gb in size in 23andme format, contains all SNPs in 1000Genome Project database

The cost for combined kit is 15$
The cost for combined kit + Full raw is 33$

For comparison: DNAGenics offers imputation for 17.5$
They give you a Big file (700Mb) and a Small File (30Mb)

For 33$ with my services, you will get 2.5 times the amount of data you'd get with DNAgenics. So if you're looking to match all the health related SNPs you want to match, my service is better.
For 15$ with my services, you will get a working raw file that contains almost all the SNPs you need for health and ancestry, and larger in size than the small file offered by DNAGenics. Since the big file offered by DNAgenics can not be used for uploads to third party sites like GEDmatch or illustrative, what I offer is superior to DNAGenics and comes at a lower price.

If you were to trim it, yes. I dont think Myheritage will accept 2Gb microarray files for uploading.

Yes I think that one would work. I havent uploaded anything Ive imputed to MyHeritage so I dont know for sure

Because I think with DNAGenics they don't recognize the small file. I remember it said something like "we will inform you when we start working with this file format" and it was 23andme type, too.
