I don´t know what Gallop meant when he said that of "NA are Neolithic" but NA Neolithic arrived mainly(but probably not only) to NA after crossing all Europe and from Neolithic people from the Iberian peninsula.

I wasn't thinking about Gallop, i didn't see him saying that but this is a common reoccurence on forums. I struggle to get the meaning of his posts so far (lol). Indeed neolithic people went all the way across all Europe and then to North Africa, for a good part. They are not that Barcin-like in the end, mostly blue/purple level of rather central-north Europe. It would be like saying people from lower Saxony are a good representation of Neolithic. Most NAs obviously have something else more basal inspired (ANA and recent Levant like)

Modern North Africans, more specifically Moroccans, and more especially from the north, share a good portion of their ancient ancestry with Europeans, not only EEF+WHG, but also Yamnaya. That doesn't make them less African, of course, but it does make them an intermediate step between a "pure African" type SSA and Europe.

Half of EEF (that is not just Anatolian Neolithic but also WHG) is a lot sharing.

The movements through the Strait of Gibraltar are very old, and in both senses, anyone who tries to attribute to the "Moorish presence" in the peninsula ALL the NA contribution that the majority of the Iberian population now has to that period, is wrong. In the same way, the Iberian contribution presented by the modern populations of Morocco, especially from the north.

Generally agrees with what you wrote but case in point, one of their two main components "North Africa Epipaleolithic" is quite far from us. It would be the farthest away Europeans can score (besides full SSA, Amerindian, Siberian) because it's indeed an intermediate between Eurasians and SSA.
