It is truly amazing. And even later we find that the first great masters of European iron were not too far from Czechia, in Hallstatt. It is certainly worth considering from a human geography perspective.

If you take into account the central areas, lack of high mountains, location outside glaciations, low forest cover and high quality of soil and access to raw materials, the Czech Republic is quite optimal. Maybe also the Hungarian plain.
