Interestingly, Northern Europeans and a Northeast Caucasus guy have high Yamnaya component comparing to Southern Europeans whom Anatolian component is prevalent.

I kind of have a dual understanding of it. At this level, all Northern and Central Europeans are similar. Some slight regional variation is what separates them. If one takes a bigger picture stance, then the slight variation is just noise and that the fundamental point is: These people are connected/related. And then one can take another level above that and see there are common components shared across all of West Eurasia. The Yamnaya have CHG, the Early European farmers have some Natufian for example.

It's why with certain sample selections I can model myself in qpAdm with Near Easterners like Lebanon MBA, Levant Neolithic, and the third Intermediate period Egyptians:
