Yeah, seens that he is slighty shifted, but that does not mean he have any exotic ancestry, it is under the normal variation range.

That Rusyn sample has Paleo Balkanic (or otherwise Southern) admixture that the Polish average surely does not, so the calculator might simply be adjusting for that, modeling with more Lebanese to try to get balance.

Okay, so Lebanese disappears when the southern-shifted (relative to Polish) Western Ukraine average is used in the source.

So, it could simply be that your grandpa is a little southern-shifted, a normal variation in the range of his ethnicity (as Jingle Bell suggested).
