Disclaimer: My G25 is converted from my K36.
It's definitely not accurate. There's no way I'm closer to Ukrainians than to Slovaks and Slovenes.
K36 similarity map on that website is bollocks as well, it claims I'm more like a North German than a Slovak / Hungarian.
Eurogenes k13 is better than a lot of these recently hyped technologies.

Ah, I suspect the reason for Ukrainians being closer is simply because you are close to the Zakarpattia Ukrainian sub region. This tool seems to utilize the Moriopoulos G25 Modern Averages (No Sims Collection), which has a number of Ukrainian sub regions including Zakarpattia.

Agree the K36 similarity map they developed needs improvement.

K13 is terrific in that it has the most highly developed/curated regions (compared to G25). However, I see that Moriopoulos is working hard to improve G25, I read that he has 10,000 new modern samples ready for his 2026 update. I see that Dunai has interacted with him (liked his posts) on another forum, I am hopeful that he is working with Moriopoulos to create Hungarian (no sim) sub regions. I suspect the Hungarian (22 sample) no sim average that is currently in the Moriopoulos collection was supplied by Dunai. It is the average used in Dunai's own updated "Mythbuster General" calculator on the Explore Your Dna website.
