This one gives me higher Steppe. Bichon WHG and Pinarbasi in the rights instead of Boncuklu and Italy Epigravettian.

He didn’t share them with me but I believe he posted the rights he uses for Neolithic models somewhere so I’ll have a look, this is what I get on those two models you posted before:

I did something a bit unconventional. I modeled the Third Intermediate Period Ancient Egyptians with an EEF population.

I modeled NUE001 (Old Kingdom Egyptian) as Levant Neolithic + Iberomaurusian + Iran Neolithic:

Switched out Boncuklu for Pinarbasi AHG and the p value improved to a similar level as he is modeled in the Morez paper.

Sadly, I don't think the France IA and Denmark IA samples used in that model are in the dataset available on IllustrativeDNA's qpAdm. Someone should contact them and ask them to add more datasets on there.

What happened? Last time i used it, i had in in my model

EDIT: It's only in the AADR database, not in the HumanOrigins databse.

However, this sample is from Zealand, not Jutland.

As far as I know that France IA Hallstatt group of samples doesn't exist in the AADR on Illustrative unless it's Yonne, Aube, Aisne just named differently.

I'm having some issues trying to model various Mena groups with ANF. I assumed some combination of references should yield a passing p value considering Levant Neolithic is I believe around 40% ANF admix.

Trying CHG as a source too to see if that is what it needs.

I'm having the same issue with Palestinians too.
