The only Germanic group which doesn't have any Celtic input might be Swedes. Even Norwegians have Insular Celtic input.

Changes depending on the region I guess. I have seen a Swede scoring 96% Germanic on IllustrativeDNA which has given me the impression that they are only Germanic.

I don't think they are anywhere near fully Germanic, especially if you believe the strong theory that proto-Germanics originated in Northern Germany/Jutland, and spread into Scandinavia. While they may have less Celtic ancestry than other Scandinavians, they have more Finnic ancestry (in the North) and some Balto-Slavic ancestry from the eastern routes of the Swedish Vikings.

Danes have c.10% Insular Celtic ancestry and c.8-10% Continental Celtic ancestry. There is no 'Germanic' nation that is unmixed with ancient 'Celtic' ancestry, and vice versa.
