I did another model measuring ANF admix in Egypt Third Intermediate Period samples.
References:
A person in the Youtube comments was telling me that MENA groups from the "Levant, North Africa, Middle East" have "very little" ANF admix. Well I did this model and the one with the LBK EEFs, and ~17-18% for a more southern Mena population doesn't qualify as "very little" in my book.
Edit: I just did another one from medieval Syria. On IllustrativeDNA he is labeled as an Arab.

Anyone want to try their hand at admix modelling France_HautsdeFrance_Oise_IA (pooled) with Steppe/ANF/WHG? In other datasets they might be called France_Oise_IA.
These are the samples:
I've tried probably over 20 times with different variations of these rights:
I switched the sources to France Mesolithic/Greece EN/ Latvia LN Cordedware and that didn't work.

This technically isn't qpadm but... I wrote python code that goes through qpfstats output (F2/Fst) and calculates the closest population combo that approximates the target sample. If you buy my qpAdm reports, this will come with them.
My pricing is: Pay to dusqcomputer@gmail.com via Paypal 9$ for fst/f2/f4 analysis (AT1), 7$ for QPADM modeling (AT1), 7$ for custom ethnicity calculator based on Fst/F2 tables (AT1)
These results would be covered under "custom ethnicity calculator based on Fst/F2 tables"

AndreiDNA did a video on an ancient Egyptian that is new from the Akbari study. Time period I think is still unknown. He was Y-haplo J2a. He also had a respectable amount of ANF also. I just wish we had more aDNA samples from the Old Kingdom, Middle Kingdom, and the Predynastic period. I'm just wondering if some native Egyptians had similar levels of ANF like the individuals from the Third Intermediate Period but in earlier times. I always see stuff saying that ancient Egyptians are close to Levant Neolithic. Levant neolithic from what I have seen is almost half ANF.
