Among the West Slavs (and Slavs in general) they probably have on average the most Germanic ancestry…principally due to more ethnic Germans from different periods from the Holy Roman Empire on top of maybe a little from ancient East Germanics. Still more Balto-Slavic overall.

Celts contributed, but I’m unsure how much of that is from early eastern celts or what came mixed in with Germanic speakers.

Check where Czechs plot in my Eurogenes K36-based PCA of European populations:
(this PCA is based on regions - each dot here is a regional average, not an individual)

Czechs plot here between Poles and Austrians. Or between Slovaks and Germans.
My DNA Origin analysis for 16 EUR (you get 2 reports examining ancestry from 3012 regions, 226 countries): https://www.exploreyourdna.com/DNAOrigin.aspx

This analysis is not based on G25 but on ADMIXTURE. And it has more regions than any other DNA test!

Germanic and Celtic component often overlap to some degree.

Beside majority Slavic, I think they have more continental Celtic ancestry than Germanic.

It's interesting that the Russian bubble (cyan) doesn't touch with Finland like on some other PCAs.

This aligns with certain interpretations about the Finnish genetic drift and their distinctiveness.
