I dont have a car, I could buy second hand a small car, but the authorities terminated my drivers license because of illness.

You don't need a car in Europe unless you live on a countryside in most cases. I had a car and I didn't use it for last 2-3 years before selling it.

I'm existing without a car because I don't need one.
I live literally in the city center, everything is for me a short walk and I have everything close.
And if that's not enough I have very good public transportation around me to get me anywhere pretty fast.
