Does that mean Western Herzegovina can separate and join Croatia? I wouldn't leave other Bosnian Croats, I ask because I love playing games with Bosniaks. The vast majority of Bosnian Croats are not fond of Bosniaks. Croats of Central Bosnia dislike you perhaps more than Croats from Western Herzegovina. Majority of Bosnian Croats are at least not fond of Bosniak politics. Since two or three Croats from Sarajevo may not be Pisslamophobic you can have them in your own state.

And what do you want? Croats are 15% population of modern Bosnia and Herzegowina. It is approximately the correct split between HVO and ARBiH Croats. As you said, at the beginning of the war there was 12364 Croats in ARBiH. That is significant number based on their population.

HVO had 45000, as well including the part of Bosniak soliders who entered them during the end of war.

It's not "two or three Croats from Sarajevo". There is a much more pro-Bosnian Croats even in Central Bosnia, not Sarajevo only. But you can't see it because your Islamophobia makes you blind. In Kraljeva Sutjeska, for example, Bosniak and Croatian families go to each other for holidays at home. But your islamophobic propaganda are not sharing these facts.

If Sarajevo changed basic things like election law, that would be a good start. Unlike Serbs, Croats are not so radical about separation from BiH. But they want their basic rights protected, which isn't happening.
If Sarajevo can't even allow normal election law, what else to expect from them?
