That has to be very odd and unique, Is he fully colonial? Pure indigenous or black or even fully European are not that common In Latin America with the exception maybe Uruguay, Haiti and Bolivia.

Well,many pred black brazilians are not exactly truly colonial
Brazil is independent from Portugal since 1822,the slave officially stopped in Brazil in 1850(after the colonial era);Ramires probably descend from the last waves of africans brought to Brazil.

How common and where is less wierd to find people (becuase I know its rare) with this level of black admixture in Brazil?

I would honestly be surprised if more than 1% of the population is that african
The blackest brazilians are likely to be found in states like Rio de Janeiro,Bahia,Minas Gerais e Maranhão.

Legal. Vi aqui que ele é de uma cidade do Vale do Café no Rio de Janeiro, provavelmente ele é descendente dos últimos escravos oriundos de Angola trazidos nos anos 1850 para trabalhar nas fazendas de café.
