Yesterday i have tried for the first time some meds for sleeping.

It was horrible i couldn't sleep nothing and also i had again a lot of hallucinations like when i have panic attacks i really wonder if that happened at least to anyone here.

It’s actually quite a tolerable medicine. In Turkey, you can buy it without a prescription.
Maybe it’s not suitable for you.
Go to the doctor and get something else. I hope you find the right medicine for you.

Daily I take:
1.5mg - 2mg Warfarin (to prevent clots as I have a mechanical heart valve now)
25mg losartan & 5mg amlodipine (to keep blood pressure slightly on the low side)

Oh, we can trade if you want to. Despite being tolerant I don’t like the taste of milk so I always buy soy milk. XD my dad is lactose intolerant and he loves the taste of milk. See how different we are
