    I'm an Endomesomporph. I put on muscle but also retain some flab. You can tell by my legs

    At the moment I'm having the most fun with it. I also really enjoy doing short but intense sprints, so they are similar.

    However, I do enjoy longer runs as well. I'll do 1.5 mile (about 2.4 km), 2 mile (about 3.2 km) and 3 mile (about 4.8 km) as well.
