Without make up she looks like a north-eastern Lipovan (Old-Faith Russians) girl I know. The girl looks atypical too but we're so used to Russian-looking people that we just assume they're Romanian with Russian ancestry. At least in Moldova.

Also, blondes are unusual in south and south-east Romania. They can be found in Transylvania and central to north Moldavia. The Moldavian ones show clear Eastern European admixture while the Transylvanian ones Germanic.
